 NOT VFM Well I found this program very difficult to use.
It gave errors while installing and errors while using the program.
It recoverd the deleted files but corrupted them and when I tried to repair this it kept giving my computer the b.O.D all in all I was very disappointed.

 I had a SATA external disk damaged by an accidental power off and wanted to repair it. I downloaded DRW and attempted to use it. I did not understand that it would not actually save the files unless I had registered. This is not an unreasonable policy but it would be nice to tell people that when the program starts.  Recover Data Easy to use and seems to find a lot of the files lost after an inadvertent partition of a vfat drive. However I can do similar things with Testdisk and Photorec, which are GPL tools.
